Capricorn
Capricorn is the part of a chart that thinks in years. It tends to describe where you build something meant to hold weight.
Capricorn is cardinal earth, which reads as structure that initiates. It does not wait for conditions to be ideal. It starts the scaffolding and works upward from there.
Saturn rules the sign, so there is usually a standard involved. The reflective question is whose standard it is. Many Capricorn placements are working diligently toward a definition of enough that was set by someone else, sometimes a long time ago.
Composure tends to come with the territory. It is genuinely useful, and it can make it hard for other people to tell when something is costing you, because the outside stays level either way.
At its best
Follow-through. The willingness to do the slow, unwitnessed part of a project and still be there at the end of it.
When it tightens
The work can become the only acceptable proof. When you notice yourself deferring something, consider what you are waiting to have earned.
Sit with these
- Whose definition of enough are you working toward?
- What are you postponing until the work is handled?
- What is your composure currently holding together?
